It is now an Athlon XP 1800 w/512MB of RAM and a 30GB HD so that it should be able to handle whatever we put on it. We're prolly going to do a NWN server when I can figure out what mod I want to run. Posted by Sir Geek on 07/30/2003 2:21PM My sister recently bought her 1st house. So Callie and I are doing work on it for her (since she helped us with stuff on our house). I'm replacing her plugs/etc (since I do electrical work) and man.. the previous owners were stu's (as in stupids). They did wood paneling but didn't bother to bring the fixture boxes flush to the new wood paneling so that some of the plugs are floating (not flush to the wall or even connected to anything). Callie was putting a tester into the plug and was afraid it was going to into the wall and never return. ... Then the fun of figuring out what breaker goes to what plug (or which breakers go to a single plug). Not fun. But that's life. [Link][1 comments] |
